Louisa began her career with Hyatt in 2000 at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong. She worked her way up and was promoted to her current position as the Director of Events in 2015 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.

Leading a team of 21 members, Louisa is committed to providing impeccable service of the highest standard, and building relationships with guests. With her dedication, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has won numerous international awards for its exceptional events, including ‘Best Meetings & Conventions Hotel in Hong Kong’, ‘Best City Hotel for Business Events’, and ‘Best Hotel Events Team’.

Chan Hon-Cheong’s culinary journey began over 30 years ago. He is the recipient of several culinary awards, including “Gold with Distinction” at the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s Best of the Best Culinary Awards.

A greek native with vast experience in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Nikolaos specialises in culinary planning, creative menu design and meticulous execution to create memorable gastronomic journey for guests.
